Registration fees are $1,500 USD for 5 days of classroom instruction, course materials, housing for 4 nights, all meals and PNWRMS gear. Attendees willing to share a room receive a $100 discount on their registration fees.

Cancellation POLICY

Cancellations can be made by contacting info@pnwrms.org or 1-253-820-5626. There is a cancellation fee of $350 USD before January 31 which increases to $750 USD after February 1. Alternatively, registration can be reassigned to staff within the same organization by contacting info@pnwrms.org or 1-253-820-5626.

Potential Funding Options

  • Registration may be reimbursed through the Training Reimbursement Allotment Program for Washington Cities Insurance Authority (WCIA) Member Organizations. Prior authorization must be obtained from your organization’s WCIA Delegate or Alternate. All requests must be submitted via the Origami Member Portal by the designated user. Questions regarding reimbursement can be directed to WCIA Member Services at memberservices@wciapool.org.

  • Scholarship for up to $500 USD provided by INPRA.

  • Canadian residents are eligible for a $400 USD scholarships offered by the PNWRMS Regents. Four scholarships are available.

  • Oregon Parks and Recreation Association offers the Gene Herlocker - Gary A Ward Professional Development Grant of up to $500 for professional development trainings. Applications are accepted in January/February and again in June/July.

  • Washington Parks and Recreation Association offers a Mickey Corso Professional Leadership Grant. Application process usually opens up at the beginning of the year and award recipients are announced at the spring WRPA Annual Conference.
