  • Use hands-on instruction, collaborative discussion and real-life case studies from Pacific Northwest agencies to teach practical approaches to managing resources, infrastructure planning, team development and effective communication with diverse audiences using park maintenance examples to reflect broader realities.

  • Provide a timely, relevant and immersive learning experience for participants to build on the foundational skills from First Year and accelerate readiness for higher-level responsibility.

  • Deliver advanced instruction in operation and capital budgets, asset management, personnel development, risk management and government relations by professionals with diverse experiences and expertise.
