In First Year and Second Year of the Pacific Northwest Resource Management School, the goal is to teach an understand of stewardship for developed lands, facilities, and natural resources; managing budgets and communicating funding needs; and scheduling, supervising and mentoring employees. The curriculum in these two years is connected. You must attended Year One to be eligible to attend Year Two.
In Third Year, or the graduate program, students will focus on enhancing professional effectiveness. The curriculum is focused on leadership, communication, organizational skills, problem solving, and decision making. While completely First and Second Year is helpful, it is not required to attend Third Year.
