Stage 3, Core Skills, taking what we learn and applying it, conception & analytical thinking, review of surveys, awareness exercise’s, human relations, communication, planning, problem solving, decision making, time management, change management, coaching, recognition and appreciation.
Stage 4, Professional Effectiveness, this is where you find change, topics covered include courage, choices, habits, ownership, accountability, and inspiration;
