What’s in it for my organization? The organization will get an employee who comes back refreshed, open minded and carrying a new tool box so to speak. They will have a new outlook in many areas of the workplace, be ready to tackle new challenges and have the tools to meet those challenges head on. This program will help any employee no matter where they are in the organizational hierarchy.
